What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept the following forms of secure payment:
*M-PESA Payments: Remember to email your transaction number to email@example.com. Please refer to Safaricom's transaction fees: http://www.safaricom.co.ke/personal/m-pesa/tariffs
Please note that M-Pesa payments are only acceptable for East African countries i.e. Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania
What do you do with my personal information?
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Department; contact us as soon as possible.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order.
If you wish to modify an existing order to add or change some items, then there is no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact our Customer Service Department; contact us and we will modify your order at no extra fee.
Do I need to Create an account before placing an order?
Yes, it is advisable for tracking your order, this is done while placing your order.
How do I Register?
While checking out you will be prompted to create your account by providing an email address and password otherwise you can click “sign in” at the top of our website, then click the “REGISTER” button to enter your information.
